Neighborhood Amenities

« back

Since 9/11, the pace of development in Lower Manhattan’s neighborhoods has intensified. Both the city and state have allocated millions of dollars to revitalize the area with community enhancements, such as renovated open spaces and waterfronts, improved transportation services, and funding for additional cultural facilities. As the residential real estate surge continues throughout Lower Manhattan, so too does the number of available amenities and services. The convenience of nearby grocery stores, full-service launderers, athletic clubs, and other standard neighborhood services make daily life easy for downtown residents.
