Construction of a 50-story high-rise multi-use building is planned to begin at 111 Washington Street in early 2008. Located near Carlisle Street, the tower will serve as both a condominium and hotel and is scheduled to open in early 2010.
In spring 2007, HRH Construction began demolition of the parking garage at Washington and Carlisle, the first of three structures along Washington Street to be replaced by the future 111 Washington Street tower. Building construction is currently scheduled for completion in early 2010.
