12 Warren Street demolition and construction work began in early 2013

Replacement of the five-story former commercial building at 12 Warren Street began in early 2013. Developer-architects DDG Partners plan to open a new 12-story, LEED-certified residential building there by early 2015. Located between Broadway and Church Street, the new structure will consists of 24 full-floor and half-floor duplex units, most with private exterior spaces, and include green-roof and irrigated exterior-planter systems.
