In the heart of the Financial District, 15 William Street is being redeveloped as a 47-story condominium tower. Neighboring downtown's hallmark eatery Delmonico's and the bustling restaurant strip on Stone Street, the new building will be nestled at the five-point intersection where William, South William, and Beaver Streets meet. (See the FAQs below for addtional details.)

The tower’s façade will be charcoal around its lower half, gradually incorporating bright-yellow colored blocks toward the top -- a feature that the architects expect will make the building “glow” both night and day.
At the base there will be a public plaza landscaped with trees and benches, as well as a neighborhood restaurant or café. The building also will house an underground parking garage with 229 spaces. The garage’s entrance will be incorporated into the building’s façade design to make it appear less utilitarian and will have interior space for 10 cars to queue off of Beaver Street.
Tsao & McKown Archictects designed the building to suit the Financial District's relatively narrow corridors by being set 20 feet back from the curbs on William and Beaver Streets. By opening up the front area, the building will better accommodate the flow of foot traffic at the five-pointed intersection, where Delmonico’s restaurant also is located.
