Hotel Conversion Underway at 32 Pearl Street
32 Pearl Street in February 2012 
A new eight-story hotel is under construction at 32 Pearl Street, between Broad and Wall Streets. The former apartment building at the site is being converted into a Hampton Inn by construction manager W & L Group, which expects to complete the project in summer 2012.
