| 34 Leonard Street in fall 2008 |
R Squared Real Estate Partners is building a new eight-story luxury residential building at 34 Leonard Street. Located at the corner of West Broadway in Tribeca, construction manager E.W. Howell Co. erected the new building, which was designed by architecture firm Beyer Blinder Belle.
The new development was completed in April 2009 and integrates vintage TriBeCa trademarks like industrial-scale windows, exposed materials and fluid, flexible spaces. The 16 residences consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes ranging from 1,541 square feet to 2,792 square feet as well as a 3,086-square-foot penthouse residence with a 2,215-square-foot wrap-around terrace.
The amenities and services offered at 34 Leonard include a private pet spa; a hand-crafted, climate-controlled wine cellar individually housing owners’ private collections (up to 300 bottles) in filigreed cabinets; a grill and bar/prep area on the roof deck; and a private sunbathing area with outdoor shower. It also will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, private storage, and a 24/7 doorman.
