The project is scheduled to be complete in 2014
371 Broadway will be a 20-story condo building 
Two five-story former commercial buildings at 371 Broadway are now part of the downtown residential renaissance. Located in Tribeca between Franklin and White Streets, a 20-story tower will be built atop the existing structures, with steel replacing the original wood frames. Construction manager DCI-New York will begin adding 15 stories to convert the site to a condominium tower. The building is slated for completion in spring 2014.
