The eight-story former office tower at 37 Warren Street, at the corner of Church Street, is being converted to condominiums as of April 2011. Construction manager CitiStructure is overseeing the conversion, which will add four stories to the existing structure, as well as renovate its interior and façade. The completed 12-story building will be home to more than 66,000 square feet, with retail continuing to occupy the ground level. The $15 million project is slated for completion approximately July 2012.

Construction and renovation active from May 2011 through July 2012
Interior renovation work began in April 2011. Façade renovation and the four-story addition to the eight-story building will follow, through approximately May 2012.

According to construction manager CitiStructure, four new floors will be added to the top of the existing eight-story building for a total of 12 floors. The ground floor of the building will remain as retail space. The new 12-story building will have a total of 66,153 square feet, with two or three apartments per floor and the top two floors containing duplex apartments.
