A new nine-story, industrial-style condominium building was constructed at 408 Greenwich Street. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the building features full-floor, four-bedroom loft residences with interiors by David Howell. Contractor Basile Builders erected the building, located at the corner of Hubert Street in Tribeca. It opened in February 2008.
