Construction of an eight-story, mixed-use building is complete at 415 Washington Street. Located at the corner of Vestry Street in Tribeca, the building was completed in January 2008. The primarily loft-style residential structure was designed by architect Joseph Pell Lombardi to suit Tribeca’s historically industrial style of architecture. It is a sister building to 414 Washington across the street.
