Two new buildings are being constructed in north Tribeca at 450 Washington Street, between Watts and Desbrosses Streets. The two new residential buildings will rise to 15 stories and 11 stories (connected via a sky bridge), with partial commercial/retail space. Gotham Construction is erecting the buildings and expects to open them in May 2009.
