Construction is expected to continue through April 2009
The five-story building at 67 Liberty Street is getting a boost, with developer Ron Shoshany adding 15 stories. Located between Broadway and Liberty Place, the former office building will be converted to residential space by spring 2009. Arcade Contracting will manage the addition, which began in spring 2008.
