Soaring 43 stories above Lower Manhattan, 75 Wall Street is the modern-day gateway to New York’s famed financial district. The transformation of this rose-colored brick tower from office building to condominium residences and a luxury hotel was completed in 2008, making the former downtown headquarters of JPMorgan Chase now the largest residential and multi-use project south of Canal Street.
As the only free-standing trophy building on Wall Street, 75 Wall boasts dramatic, unobstructed 360-degree views of New York harbor, the East and Hudson rivers and the cityscape to the north. Its prime location at the corner of Wall and Water Street and bordered by Pearl Street, places it at the epicenter of the Financial District, one of New York City’s fastest growing residential neighborhoods.
