A 42-story hotel at 8 Stone Street is under construction in the Financial District south. It will be a luxury full-service Doubletree Hotel, with a restaurant and 4,500 square feet of meeting space. The hotel will feature 400 guest rooms and is scheduled for completion by late 2010.
