99 Church Street
Foundation work began in spring 2008
In early 2011 a new residential and hotel tower will rise at 99 Church Street. Developer Silverstein Properties will replace the site’s 11-story tower, former home of Moody’s Corporation, with 80 stories of luxury condominiums, a restaurant, and a Four Seasons hotel.

New York architect Robert A.M. Stern will design the new skyscraper, joining the already prestigious roster of world-renowned architects hired by Silverstein downtown. Tishman Construction will execute the project, beginning with demolition of the 1951 building. New construction at 99 Church Street, located between Barclay Street and Park Place, began in June 2008.
