99 Washington Street, August 2008
At the corner of Washington and Rector Streets, the McSam Hotel Group is building a new 43-story hotel. Underway since spring 2008, 99 Washington Street is one of several new high-rise developments in the area south of the World Trade Center. Contractror Tritel Construction will build the new hotel, planned as a 370-room Holiday Inn.

  • Foundation work began summer 2008; underpinning for 103 Washington and 94 Greenwich in design and permitting process
  • Caisson installation through winter 2008/09
  • Construction expected to be complete August 2010
