The project took place in two phases on the north and south sides of the street. Work included construction of a new manhole on the south side of Maiden Lane at Liberty Place, with new electrical ducts installed between that manhole and a vault on the north side of Maiden Lane (just west of Liberty Place). The work was completed in late June 2007.
