Rendering of 200 Chambers

One of several new residential towers rising in Lower Manhattan, 200 Chambers Street reached its peak of 29 stories on July 10^th. The new building is being developed by Jack Resnick and Sons and will bring 480 condominium units, underground parking, and about 12,000 square feet of retail space to Tribeca. It is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2007.
