37 Warren Street is expected to welcome residents in fall 2012

The new 12-story condominium building at 37 Warren Street is now in the final months of construction. Located at the southwest corner of Church Street, the building will house 28 total units, now that four stories have been added to the original eight-story structure. Over the weekend of August 19th, the building's HVAC equipment will be hoisted to the roof using a crane parked on Church Street, with crews using the reserved construction lane. Construction manager CitiStructure plans to receive the occupancy certificate for the new condo in October 2012.
