113 Nassau Street topped out at 30 stories in February 2013

The new 30-story residential tower at 113 Nassau Street topped out in February, and this weekend crews will remove the construction crane from the site. To complete the removal, Ann Street will be closed between Park Row and Nassau Street; as will Theatre Alley between Ann and Beekman Streets. Closure times are from Saturday, March 9th at 6 a.m. through Sunday, March 10th at 10 p.m. Facade work continues at the building through April, and occupancy is expected in August 2013.
