                            Water Main Replacement Project #MED-583AR

Please be advised that effective Monday, December 20, 2004 Water Main Replacement Project #MED-583AR begins water main installation on

Ann St: William St. to East side of Parking Garage

Scope of work:

• Current pre-excavation work (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) will be completed on or before Dec. 17, 2004.
• 3-day water main installation re cutting & replacing pipes (12/20 - 12/23) from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am.  Water service interruptions will be scheduled.
• 3-day backfill and temporary asphalt (12/27 - 12/29) from 7:00 am- 3:30 pm

Traffic

• Roadway will be closed to through traffic from Nassau to William Sts.
• Access will be maintained throughout this project for the Parking Garage.

During this project the community will be impacted by:

• Noise associated with the cutting of pipes.
• Water shut downs.
