Express bus stops will be relocated during the closure

A Columbus Day street fair will close Broadway between Liberty and Whitehall Streets on Monday, October 13th from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Broadway traffic will be diverted, as will New York City Transit buses. Southbound buses will leave Broadway at Ann Street and run non-stop via Park Row and Frankfort to Pearl Street, then make stops along Pearl and Water to Hanover Square. Local M1 and M6 buses will serve southbound M15 stops on Pearl and Water Streets.

Express buses will stop on Frankfort at Pearl Street, and on Water at Fulton, Maiden Lane, and Hanover Square; they include: X1, X3, X4, X10, X11, X12, X16, X17A, X17C, X19, X27, X28, and X29.
