New Public Plaza Closes Block of Lower Hudson St.

Bogardus Plaza opened in 2010

The city Department of Transportation is partnering with the Friends of Bogardus Garden to create a new outdoor public plaza in Tribeca. The new public space includes the closure of Hudson Street between Reade Street and Chambers Street. The closure begins on September 7, 2010, and will remain closed for the duration of the Chambers Street Reconstruction project.
