To accommodate utility work in the roadbed, Church Street is reduced to one lane from Cortlandt to Fulton Street overnight through approximately mid-May. The lane reduction will take place on weeknights from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and on weekends from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The utility work is part of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Dey Street Concourse construction. Dey Street is slated to reopen to vehicular traffic in late 2008.
