Construction of a new 28-story residential tower is restarted at the L-shaped lot located at 21 Ann Street/113 Nassau Street. Work on the project had begun in 2007, but was suspended in 2008. Contractor BRF Construction plans to begin foundation work there this month, through approximately May 2012. Superstructure erection is scheduled to follow through December 2012, with the building slated to open in spring 2013. Construction access is planned to be from Ann Street, with the curb lane occupied outside the site on Nassau Street.
