Work continues on the former parking lot
|
The city Parks and Recreation Department is making steady progress on the construction of the “Imagination Playground” at Burling Slip. To perform sewer reconstruction work, crews will close John Street between Front and South Streets starting at 7 a.m. on September 29th through approximately March 1st, 2010. The transformation of a former parking lot into the unique new playground began in May 2009.
