Franklin Street Closed for Crane Erection

This Saturday, contractor CM & Associates is planning to close Franklin Street from Lafayette Street to Cortlandt Alley to install a crane at 50 Franklin Street. The road closure will be in place from approximately 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on November 22nd, and, if needed, again on Sunday, November 23rd starting at 9 a.m. The new 18-story residential tower at the site topped out in June 2008, and is slated to open in March 2009.
