FPA, ReSTART Central host free seminar

ReSTART Central and the Financial Planning Association will host a free financial planning seminar for small businesses located in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday, March 18.

The seminar is designed to provide advice on the top money issues facing Lower Manhattan small businesses, including how to develop sound bookkeeping strategies, draft smart business statements, apply for business loans and grapple with sometimes complicated tax issues.  It will consist of a lecture addressing several top issues followed by smaller "break out" groups, in which specific questions will be answered.

Small businesses located on or below 14th Street with fewer than 50 employees are eligible to attend, but attendance is limited to 25 participants and registration is required.  To register, please call or email Darlene Newman, (646) 344-7248 or Darlene.newman@restart.cuny.edu. 

The seminar will take place on Tuesday, March 18, from 5:30 - 7 p.m.  It will be held at HQ Global Workplaces, 80 Broad Street, 5th Floor.
