Hotel Conversion Underway at 32 Pearl Street

A new eight-story hotel is under construction at 32 Pearl Street, between Broad and Wall Streets. The former apartment building at the site is being converted into a Hampton Inn by construction manager W & L Group, which expects to complete the project in approximately May 2012. The curb lane is closed outside the work site for the duration of the project, though the pedestrian walkway will be maintained.
