The crane will occupy a lane of Hubert Street through mid-May

Crane operations are planned for 250 West Street, with Hubert Street reduced to one lane starting Monday, April 30th, through mid-May. The crane will be used to lift mechanical equipment to the 11-story buildings roof. The former warehouse is being converted to luxury condominiums by New Line Construction, through approximately October 2012. The project and crane lifts are being coordinated with the citys Hudson Street Trunk Main project, and has been permitted by the city Department of Transportation.
