John Street Night Closures

The closure begins Tuesday, January 24
The closure begins Tuesday, January 24

Crane operations at 24 John Street require the full closure of John Street between Broadway and Nassau Street on three nights, January 24, 25 and 26. The closures are planned from 7 p.m. through 6 a.m., allowing steel to be lifted into the work site. The traffic changes are in coordination with the city Department of Transportation. Construction resumed this month at 24 John Street, where the six-story former office building is being converted to a 21-story hotel with the addition of 14 floors.
