N. Moore Street will be closed for weekend trunk water main installation
|
During weekends in October, city Department of Design and Construction crews will install the 36-inch trunk water main on N. Moore Street, requiring a full closure between Hudson and Greenwich Streets from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on October 6-7, and 13-14. The installation requires use of large machinery to move the water main. Emergency access and pedestrian walkways will be maintained. Traffic will be detoured to Beach and Greenwich Streets.
