95 Henry Street will be completed in spring 2013

Three years since construction began, the newest Chinatown hotel is slated to open this spring at 95 Henry Street. The seven-story structure is planned as a Marriott Fairfield Inn, and occupies the lot along the west side of Pike Street between Henry and East Broadway. Contractor United Construction is currently completing utility work around the base of the building, where scaffolding and netting were recently removed. The sidewalk shed at the site is planned to come down by early March, and the building's Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is expected in April.
