The carousel is scheduled to be complete in 2012

Utility work associated with the Battery’s new Seaglass Carousel requires lane and road closures in the vicinity. The closures will take place on: State Street between Bridge and Whitehall; Bridge Street between State and Broadway; and at the State and Bridge Street intersection. They are planned to begin on Monday, November 7th for several weeks, taking place on weeknights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., and weekends from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Signs will be posted to notify motorists of the temporary traffic reductions, and pedestrian access will be maintained.
