At 25 Broad Street, crane lifts are planned for the next two weekends of February 9th and 16th, on Saturdays between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The closures will be in effect on Broad Street between Beaver and Exchange Place, and on Exchange Place between Broad and New Street. The building is undergoing a conversion from commercial space to residential units. Both affected streets are within the New York Stock Exchange security zone; pedestrian access will be maintained.
