Two-Day Closure at East End of John Street

John Street will be closed from Water to Front for flood repair work
John Street will be closed from Water to Front for flood repair work

A planned crane operation at 199 Water Street will fully close the John Street roadway between Water and Front Streets for two weekdays. The closure will be in place Monday and Tuesday, January 14th and 15th, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Crews at work at the building are continuing Hurricane Sandy recovery operations. Westbound traffic will be detoured to Maiden Lane. The road closure is approved by the city Department of Transportation.
